Andrew Doctor Alert SMS Privacy
Y Sadek DDS Inc, operating Palmdale Children's Dental, uses the Andrew Doctor Alert program for internal, nonmarketing text alerts to the practice doctor who expressly enrolls. Andrew is the practice's AI telephone assistant. Alerts concern caller-reported emergencies involving a child in pain and help the doctor review the request and contact the caller. Patients and guardians are not enrolled in SMS by this program, and providing a callback number does not constitute SMS enrollment.
An alert may contain the child's name, parent or guardian's name, confirmed callback number, and a brief caller-reported description of what hurts. Alerts exclude birthdate, home address, email address, insurance identifiers and diagnoses. We also use the enrolled doctor's mobile number, consent record and delivery information to administer the program.
We do not sell SMS enrollment information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The general website provisions above about promotional uses do not authorize those uses of SMS enrollment information. Retell AI and the telephone and messaging providers involved in delivery may process information necessary to operate the alert service.
