Dr. Sadek has extensive training and experience in root canal treatment as a general dentist. His current practice is limited to dentistry for children.

Caring for the inside of a tooth

The soft tissue inside a tooth is called the pulp. Decay or injury can damage this tissue. After examining the tooth, Dr. Sadek discusses whether treatment to preserve it is appropriate or whether another approach or referral is needed.

Individual treatment planning

The recommended care depends on whether the tooth is a baby tooth or permanent tooth, its stage of development, and the extent of damage. Parents receive an explanation of the proposed treatment, comfort options, alternatives, and follow-up care.
